Ancient Mantra Meditation, Part I:
A “mantra” is a sacred word, phrase, statement, or sound repeated over and over again through intentional practice, similar to affirmations. They help train the brain to return to the present moment and aid concentration in meditation. Mantras typically have more spiritual roots and context than affirmations. Each mantra may be repeated three times or more in a practice to bring feelings of peace and connect to the meaningful intention and ancestral roots of each unique mantra. They truly have the power to create massive shifts that change your life!
